1. Talkstars is seeking a motivated and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our remote team. As a Spoken English Trainer, you will play a key role in helping learners improve their English language skills through engaging online lessons. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering interactive lessons tailored to the needs of individual learners or groups.
• Focusing on enhancing speaking, listening, and pronunciation skills through conversational practice, role-plays, and language exercises.
• Assessing learners' progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Incorporating relevant materials, resources, and technology tools to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Tracking and documenting learner attendance, performance, and any specific areas of improvement.
• Collaborating with other trainers and language experts to share best practices and continuously improve training methods.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language teaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or a similar role, preferably in an online or virtual setting.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage learners effectively.
• Knowledge of language teaching methodologies and resources.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of learners from different backgrounds and proficiency levels.
